woodmart_inline=&#8220;no&#8220; text_larger=&#8220;no&#8220;]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>So ver\u00e4ndert sich der Umgang mit Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fclern in komplexen Schulsituationen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Schulen der <a href=\"https:\/\/orientamento-infouni.provincia.bz.it\/it\/news\/protocollo-per-la-gestione-di-gravi-problemi-di-comportamento-a-scuola\">Autonomen Provinz Bozen<\/a> verf\u00fcgen endlich \u00fcber ein strukturiertes und gemeinsam getragenes Protokoll f\u00fcr den Umgang mit schweren Verhaltensproblemen im schulischen Kontext, ausgearbeitet von der Landesdirektion der ladinischen Schulen unter der wissenschaftlichen Leitung von Dr.in Donatella Arcangeli (Primar\u00e4rztin des Landesdienstes f\u00fcr Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und -psychotherapie \u2013 S\u00fcdtiroler Sanit\u00e4tsbetrieb) sowie einer breit aufgestellten interinstitutionellen Arbeitsgruppe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es handelt sich um ein praxisorientiertes, konkretes und vor allem aktuelles Dokument: Es anerkennt die zunehmende Komplexit\u00e4t, der Lehrpersonen, Schulleitungen und Familien t\u00e4glich begegnen, und bietet einen klaren Handlungsweg, der drei zentrale Begriffe in den Mittelpunkt stellt:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schnelligkeit,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zusammenarbeit,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schutz der Schulgemeinschaft.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein bedeutender Schritt nach vorne, der psychiatrische und psychologische Erkenntnisse mit p\u00e4dagogischen Kompetenzen und institutioneller Verantwortung verbindet. Kurz: ein gemeinschaftliches Werk, getragen von Schule, Inklusionsdiensten, Schulleitungen und Gesundheitsdiensten \u2013 ein Dokument, das aus der Realit\u00e4t entsteht und genau zu ihr spricht.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><br \/>\nWarum war ein neues Protokoll notwendig?<br \/>\n<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In den letzten Jahren beobachten die Schulen einen Anstieg von:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 oppositionellem und provokativem Verhalten,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 emotionalen Krisen und pl\u00f6tzlich auftretender Wut,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 verbaler oder k\u00f6rperlicher Aggressivit\u00e4t,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Weglaufen aus der Klasse oder sogar aus dem Schulgeb\u00e4ude,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; zunehmend ausgepr\u00e4gten Schwierigkeiten in der Selbstregulation.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All dies sind Signale: von Ersch\u00f6pfung, von fehlender innerer Regulation, von Bed\u00fcrfnissen, die nicht erkannt oder nicht behandelt wurden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Protokoll basiert auf einem zentralen Grundsatz:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jede schwerwiegende Episode muss thematisiert werden \u2013 nicht ignoriert.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ZIEL: verstehen, vorbeugen und Sicherheit schaffen.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pecomcare.it\/de\/2024\/09\/kleine-schritte-zur-ruhe-zwischen-den-schulbaenken\/?v=458a78f79f5f\"><b>Beschreibung der Verhaltensweisen<\/b><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Dokument unterscheidet zwischen:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sozial unangemessenem Verhalten<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Lebhaftigkeit, Unterbrechungen, Aufmerksamkeitsprobleme, St\u00f6rungen des Unterrichts \u2026)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sozial inakzeptablem Verhalten (antisozial)<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Beleidigungen, Drohungen, k\u00f6rperliche Aggressionen, Weglaufen aus der Schule, Sachbesch\u00e4digungen \u2026)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diese Unterscheidung ist entscheidend, weil sie erm\u00f6glicht, angemessene und differenzierte Reaktionen anzuwenden \u2013 und damit sowohl die Gleichbehandlung aller Situationen als auch die Verharmlosung potenziell gef\u00e4hrlicher Episoden zu vermeiden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Die Bedeutung eines fr\u00fchen (und richtigen) Eingreifens<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Protokoll erinnert an einen zentralen Grundsatz der Entwicklungspsychologie:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b><i>Deshalb hat die Schule den Auftrag:<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deshalb hat die Schule den Auftrag:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 den Vorfall zu analysieren,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 die Ursachen zu verstehen,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 p\u00e4dagogische Ma\u00dfnahmen zu aktivieren,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 die Familie sofort und klar einzubeziehen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Ziel ist nicht, das Kind zu bestrafen, sondern Teufelskreise zu durchbrechen, die sich schnell verfestigen k\u00f6nnen und das Kind bis ins Jugendalter begleiten w\u00fcrden.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Das Verfahren: einfach, klar, strukturiert<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Protokoll f\u00fchrt einen Ablauf in vier Schritten ein:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1. Erster Vorfall<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mitteilung an die Eltern.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n2. Weitere Vorf\u00e4lle<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2192 vor\u00fcbergehende Suspendierung (alle 3 schweren Vorf\u00e4lle innerhalb von 1\u20133 Monaten)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein innovativer Aspekt besteht darin, dass jeder Schritt einen direkten Kontakt mit der Familie vorsieht, da die Schule komplexe Verhaltensschwierigkeiten nicht allein bew\u00e4ltigen kann. Eine koordinierte, gemeinsame p\u00e4dagogische Linie zwischen Sch\u00fclern, Familien und Schule ist daher unerl\u00e4sslich. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Das Erziehungsabkommen Schule\u2013Familie<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es ist ein wirksames, aber wenig bekanntes Instrument.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es dient dazu, ein klares und transparentes B\u00fcndnis zwischen Schule, Familie und \u2013 falls beteiligt \u2013 Gesundheits- und Sozialdiensten zu schaffen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Abkommen legt fest:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 nicht verhandelbare Regeln,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 gemeinsam abgestimmte p\u00e4dagogische Strategien,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: Klasse wieder in den Mittelpunkt zu r\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Wenn sich die Situation nicht verbessert<br \/>\n<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Protokoll unterscheidet zwei Szenarien:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fall A \u2013 Die Familie arbeitet nicht mit<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2192 Einschaltung des Sozialdienstes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2192 m\u00f6gliche Meldung an das Jugendgericht<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fall B \u2013 Die Familie arbeitet mit<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2192 Aktivierung oder Verst\u00e4rkung der sanit\u00e4r-therapeutischen Unterst\u00fctzung<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2192 Antrag auf dringende fach\u00e4rztliche Abkl\u00e4rung (innerhalb von 3 Monaten)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Ziel ist, sicherzustellen, dass kein Kind ohne angemessene Ma\u00dfnahmen und Hilfsmittel bleibt \u2013 durch ein abgestimmtes, gemeinsam getragenes Vorgehen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Familie. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Gute Vorgehensweisen<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Protokoll hebt Ma\u00dfnahmen hervor, die wir auch bei PECOM seit Jahren anwenden:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 pr\u00e4zise Beobachtung der Ausl\u00f6ser (Trigger),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 respektvolle Gestaltung der Beziehung,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Reduktion von Risikofaktoren, <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 positiver Verst\u00e4rker, <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Aktivierung des Abkommens bereits zu Schuljahresbeginn,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Ausf\u00fcllen des Informationsblatts gemeinsam mit der Familie,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 kontinuierliches Monitoring,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 individuell abgestimmte F\u00f6rderung,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 gegebenenfalls Stundenplanreduktion (in Absprache mit dem Gesundheitsdienst).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ein sehr wichtiger Punkt:<br \/>\nDie Diagnose einer schweren Beeintr\u00e4chtigung des Sozialverhaltens hat eine G\u00fcltigkeit von einem Jahr, weil es
